With the Acer CB342CKCsmiiphuzx, Acer has introduced a new widescreen monitor with a 21: 9 ratio and UWQHD resolution on its 34 “panel.
Only yesterday we saw a manufacturer monitor with 4K and 144 Hz. Today it is. despite its peculiar name Acer CB342CKCsmiiphuzx It’s more common than it seems and we can find similar solutions already on the market, such as the MSI MAG342CQR (although its name also has crumbs). The Acer model comes in a format of 21: 9 with 3440×1440 resolution (UWQHD) and presumably a refresh rate of 60Hz as they don’t say anything about it. It contains HDR400 and its size is 34 “ diagonal, keeping very small frames.
The panel is IPS and its response time is estimated to be just 1 ms, in addition to supporting the technology AMD FreeSync. However, it does include other technologies provided by Acer, such as: Flicker free (Anti-Parpadeo), Picture in picture (supports multiple image inputs at the same time) and many others for reducing blue light and reducing visual fatigue. As connections we find 2xHDMI 2.0, a DisplayPort 1.2, a USB-C 3.1 and 2xUSB-A 3.1. Although already listed on their website, prices and availability are still unknown.
